It will be a mix of Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The only prop besides your yoga mat that you need to bring is a blanket, that you can also role up as a bolster. A scarf is to thin, we will use it as support in some postures. If you get distracted easy a blindfold\/scarf might come handy during pranayama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For after the workshop I\u2019ll bring some brownies and tea!
