Join me this Tuesday 19th August from 19:00-20:15 for a slow flow yoga class on the grass at Nieuwe Kerkhof.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We’ll meet under the trees on the right side of the church if you are facing it from Nieuwe Boteringestraat (I will post a map location closer to the time) \u2728<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In Sunday’s class we learned a little bit about how figures in hindu cosmology can inspire our yoga practice, and we heard a story about the goddess Kali. In this class, we’ll continue our goddess theme, and I’ll share some thoughts on another manifestation of Shakti, the mother goddess Durga. Durga is associated with courage, creativity, power, integrity and inner calm. We will explore these themes in our meditation, breathwork and movement practice \ud83d\ude4f<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This class is suitable for all regardless of yoga experience, we welcome beginners and dedicated practitioners alike. The class is donation based, via cash or tikkie, and your donation is what allows Grassroots to keep going \u2764\ufe0f every little helps! However, we encourage your participation even if donation is not possible for you right now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
