For this coming Tuesday I\u2019m excited to teach a class at Grassroots Yoga for the first time! This will be at Buurtcentrum De Wende<\/a> (Goudlaan 555, 9743CP) on Tuesday 27 January, 19:00-20:00<\/p>\n\n\n\n I hope by then the roads will be free of ice but please be careful and stay safe if they aren\u2019t!<\/p>\n\n\n\n In these cold winter days we will be building a bit of heat during class, and as someone suggested last week I took some inspiration from the ashtanga primary series. This means; get ready for some vinyasa\u2019s!\ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you don\u2019t know what that is or if it sounds challenging to you no need to worry I will explain during class and we will do this in a way that is accessible even if you have little to no yoga experience. To join the class, make sure to bring a yoga mat and wear clothing that allows free movement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The class is donation-based, and your donation is what allows Grassroots to keep going \u2764\ufe0f every little helps! We will also start with a short meditation and gentle warm up where we will go through some basics about hand placement in the mat and tilting the pelvis.
