Hello yoga friends! Join me this Tuesday 7th January at 19.00-20.15 for a hatha-based yoga class at Nieuwe Sint Jansstraat 35.
This week we will practice in a hatha style, with classical sun sun salutations and a standing sequence where we will play with balance. Balancing is a great way to focus the mind, and to build essential integrative and supportive strength around the ankle and knee joints. We will also practice some pranayama and close with a short guided meditation.
This class is suitable for all regardless of yoga experience, we welcome beginners and dedicated practitioners alike. The class is donation based, via cash or tikkie, and your donation supports the growth of our community. However, we encourage your participation even if donation is not possible for you right now.
Please arrive a few minutes early to set up, so that we can start at 19:00 together. You are welcome in the space anytime from 18:40 to relax in silence, meditate or drink some tea before the class. If you arrive after 19:00 and the front door is locked, you can knock on the side door on Agricolastraat and we will let you in 🙏
