Good evening yoga friends! This coming Sunday 16th Feb 11:00-12:15, join me at Nieuwe Sint Jansstraat 35 for a heart-warming slow flow yoga class.
This class will explore movement, pranayama and meditation aimed towards inviting warmth to the heart chakra, _anahata_ . Our asana practice will be slow, mindful and strengthening. Feel welcome to invite a friend if you like!
This class is suitable for all regardless of yoga experience, we welcome beginners and dedicated practitioners alike. Please bring a yoga mat, and yoga blocks if you have them (if not, we have some for you to use at the space). The class is donation based, via cash or tikkie, and your donation supports the growth of our community. However, we encourage your participation even if donation is not possible for you right now.
Please arrive a few minutes early to set up, so that we can start at 11:00 together. You are welcome in the space anytime from 10:40 to relax in silence, meditate or drink some tea before the class. If you arrive after 11:00 and the front door is locked, you can ring the doorbells (all of them) or knock on the side door on Agricolastraat and we will let you in 🙏
