Good morning yoga friends! I invite you to join me this Sunday 20th October at 11:00-12:15, at Nieuwe Sint Jansstraat 35 for a slow flow yoga practice. This week we will take inspiration from my favorite animal, the snake, to explore moving slowly but with rhythm and intention 🐍. Our physical focus will be the spine and hips. I will offer some options to allow you to adapt the practice to your own needs.
This class is suitable for all regardless of yoga experience, we welcome beginners and dedicated practitioners alike. The class is donation based, via cash or tikkie, and your donation supports the continuation and growth of our community. However, we encourage your participation even if donation is not possible for you right now. For this class you only need to bring your yoga mat. After the class, you are invited to stay for a tea and and chat if you would like.
