Yoga class Tuesday 4th Feb, 19:00-20:15 @ Nieuwe Sint Jansstraat 35

Happy Monday yoga friends! (Apologies for the late announcement 🙏) Join me tomorrow Tuesday 4th Feb, at 19:00 @ Nieuwe Sint Jansstraat 35, for a hatha yoga class inspired by our ongoing movement into spring. As the sun slowly returns, we will breathe into the dusty corners of the body with a chest, side body and hip opening asana sequence.

We will our open our practice with an energising kapalabathi pranayama exercise, and close with a guided mindfulness meditation.

This class is suitable for all regardless of yoga experience, we welcome beginners and dedicated practitioners alike. The class is donation-based, with cash or tikkie, and your donation supports the continuation of our community. However, we encourage your participation even if donation is not possible for you right now.

Please arrive a few mins early to settle in. You are welcome in the space anytime from 18.40 to relax, meditate or drink some tea. Hope to see you there 🙂 🍀
