Our classes and workshops take place in a variety of locations around the city of Groningen. Check our latest announcements to learn where you can find our upcoming classes!

Yoga classes in a park

When the weather is happy, we often host classes outdoors at different parks around the city. These include the Nieuwe Kerkhof, the Martinikerkhof, the Stadspark, and more. In the spring and summer, we announce our outdoor classes on a weekly basis, so keep an eye out on our announcements page, or subscribe to our updates.

For outdoor classes, please bring a yoga mat, towel or blanket if you do not want to practice on the grass. Feel free to also bring water, tea or other drinks and snacks as we often spend some time relaxing and chatting after class. These classes are for everyone, no previous yoga experience is necessary (but please let us know if you have any injuries). Our outdoor classes are always open to all people free of charge.

Weekly yoga classes in the community center at Sint Jansstraat

In addition to outdoor classes, we also host weekly classes on Sundays (starting at 11:00) in the community center at Nieuwe Sint Jansstraat 35, 9711 VG. These classes are beginner-focused, yet all levels of yogi are welcome to join in. The style of yoga ranges from Hatha to Ashtanga to Vinyasa to Kundalini to Yin, depending on the teacher.
