Dear all 🙏
I am excited to invite you to a Hatha Yoga class on Sunday, 22 June, 11:00-12:15 in Stadspark (https://maps.app.goo.gl/H6AMBUbnx7CZnrs26?g_st=com.google.maps.preview.copy). This outdoor class will be a chance to move, breathe, and connect with nature. As we flow through our practice, we will root ourselves like the trees, let our breath move like the wind, and open our hearts to the warmth of the sun. 🌳☀️
With each movement, we will tune into the earth beneath us, feeling its steady support. The rustling leaves and birdsong will guide us deeper into the present moment, reminding us to simply be. Through mindful breathwork and a balance of dynamic and grounding postures, we will cultivate both strength and stillness, allowing the body to soften and the mind to settle. We will close with a peaceful meditation under the open sky, fostering a deep sense of connection and calm.
Whether you are new to yoga or a dedicated practitioner, this class is for you. Please bring a yoga mat (or something to sit on if you prefer), comfortable clothing, and an open heart.
🥗 After the class, let’s stay for a picnic and enjoy some good company, fresh air, and nourishing food! Bring your own healthy snacks or lunch, and let’s take the time to relax, chat, and soak in the natural surroundings together.
