Dear all 🙏

Join us for a Hatha yoga class on Tuesday, 3 February, 19:00-20:00. This session will focus on asanas and exercises that build strength in the glutes, legs, and abdominals. We will incorporate dynamic movements and holds to activate these key muscle groups while maintaining mindful alignment. Expect a mix of standing poses, core engagement techniques, and stabilizing postures to enhance both power and endurance.

Towards the end of the session, we will work on the wheel pose (Urdhva Dhanurasana), refining stability, strength, and balance. Whether you are new to the wheel pose or deepening your practice, there will be guidance and variations for all levels.
This yoga class welcomes participants of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Whether you are just starting your yoga journey or have a seasoned practice, you will find the class inclusive and suitable for your experience level. To join the class, make sure to bring a yoga mat and wear clothing that allows free movement.

Please come 5 minutes early so you can set your mat and settle in before we begin.

The class is donation-based, and your donation is what allows Grassroots to keep going ❤️ every little helps! However, I encourage your participation even if donation is not possible for you right now.
