Join us for a Yin-yang inspired yoga class on Tuesday, june 2nd 19:00-20:00. I don’t know about you but May was a crazy busy month for me, with all the holidays and a lot of nice weather I definitely my calendar filling up!
So for this class I’m looking to slow down again, to try and balance ourselves a little!
Starting with a short meditation and a little bit of breath-work which helps to calm our nervous system we will move on to a short warm up and then little flow to move our bodies a little. In this flow we will have some opportunities to test our balance, which can be a nice way to notice how our bodies are doing.
Moving on we will close the practice with some more yin style poses, to try and slow down and stay in a couple postures a bit longer. Taking this time to turn more inward and observing anything that comes up.
This yoga class welcomes participants of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Whether you are just starting your yoga journey or have a seasoned practice, you will find the class inclusive and suitable for your experience level. To join the class, make sure to bring a yoga mat and wear clothing that allows free movement.
Please come 5 minutes early so you can set your mat and settle in before we begin.
