Join us for a deeply relaxing Yin Yoga class on Sunday 4 May, 11:00-12:30. In this session, we will focus on gentle, long-held stretches that target the chest, shoulders, and upper back, while simultaneously calming the mind and soothing the body.
Yin Yoga is the perfect practice to slow down, deepen your breath, and release tension. It is suitable for all levels, so whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you will find this class nourishing and restorative.
To join the class, please bring a yoga mat, wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement, and bring a personal towel to place on the bolster for hygiene.
Please come 5 minutes early so you can set your mat and settle in before we begin.
The class is donation-based, and your contributions help us cover the rent and keep our community thriving 🙏 However, your presence is what matters most, and we warmly encourage you to join even if donating is not possible for you right now. We welcome everyone equally and wholeheartedly support those who may not have the means to contribute. If your budget is tight, just talk to us—we are here to make yoga accessible for all 🙏
