Join us for a deeply relaxing Yin Yoga class on Sunday 21 September, 11:00-12:15. In this session, we will focus on gentle, long-held stretches that target increasing flexibility in the hips and hamstrings while calming the mind and soothing the body.
Yin Yoga is the perfect practice to slow down, deepen your breath, and release tension. It is suitable for all levels, so whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you will find this class nourishing and restorative. To join the class, make sure to bring a yoga mat and wear clothing that allows free movement.
The class is donation-based, and your donation is what allows Grassroots to keep going ❤️ every little helps! However, we encourage your participation even if donation is not possible for you right now.
Please come 10 minutes early so you can set your mat and settle in before we begin. You are welcome in the space anytime from 10:40 to relax in silence, meditate or drink some tea before the class.
