Dear all 🌞

Join us for a nourishing Yin Yoga class on Sunday, 28 September, 11:00–12:15. This session will focus on strengthening the thighs, opening the hips, and gently stretching the hamstrings. Through long-held postures and mindful breathing, we will create space in the body while cultivating inner stillness and calm.

Yin Yoga is the perfect practice to slow down, deepen your breath, and release tension. It is suitable for all levels, so whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you will find this class nourishing and restorative. To join the class, make sure to bring a yoga mat and wear clothing that allows free movement. Also, bring a towel to put on the bolster—it helps keep things nice and clean for everyone.

The class is donation-based, and your donation is what allows Grassroots to keep going ❤️ every little helps! However, we encourage your participation even if donation is not possible for you right now.

Please come 10 minutes early so you can set your mat and settle in before we begin. You are welcome in the space anytime from 10:40 to relax in silence, meditate or drink some tea before the class.
