Join us for a hatha yoga class on Tuesday, 5 August, 19:00-20:15. This class will be focused on opening the chest and shoulders. Through deep stretches and heart-opening asanas, we will release tension, improve posture, and create space for deeper breathing. Towards the end of the session, we will build up to Sirsasana (headstand)—working with stability, strength, and balance. Whether you are trying headstand for the first time or refining your practice, there will be guidance and variations for all levels.
This yoga class welcomes participants of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Whether you are just starting your yoga journey or have a seasoned practice, you will find the class inclusive and suitable for your experience level. To join the class, make sure to bring a yoga mat and wear clothing that allows free movement.
The class is donation-based, and your donation is what allows Grassroots to keep going ❤️ every little helps! However, we encourage your participation even if donation is not possible for you right now.
Please come 5-10 minutes early so you can set your mat and settle in before we begin.
