Dear all π
Join us for a deeply soothing Yin Yoga class on Sunday, 16 November, 11:00β12:15. In this session, we will focus on gentle, long-held stretches that target the neck, shoulders, and both upper and lower back β areas where we often hold tension from daily stress and posture. Through mindful breathing and stillness, we will create space in the body, calm the nervous system, and invite a deep sense of relaxation and release.
Yin Yoga is the perfect practice to slow down, soften, and reconnect. It is suitable for all levels β whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you will find this class nourishing and restorative.
To join the class, please bring a yoga mat, wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement, and bring a personal towel to place on the bolster for hygiene.
The class is donation-based, and your contribution is what allows Grassroots Yoga to keep going β€οΈ every little helps! However, please know you are always welcome to join even if a donation isnβt possible right now.
You may also want to join the group sound healing session after the class. For the sound healing session, places are limited so registration is required.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to set up your mat and settle in. You are welcome in the space from 10:40 to relax in silence, meditate, or enjoy a cup of tea before we begin.
