Dear all 🌞
I am excited to invite you to a Hatha Yoga class on Tuesday, 26 May, 19:00-20:00 in the Martinikerkhof (https://maps.app.goo.gl/bZFbEz8HftNrV4t28). We will focus on asanas and exercises that stretch the hamstrings and glutes. We will also practice balancing poses, supporting each other, and perhaps experiment with chanting ‘Om’ while balancing, creating a serene ‘forest of trees’ effect. Towards the end of the session, we will build up to Sirsasana (Headstand)—working with stability, strength, and balance. Whether you are trying headstand for the first time or refining your practice, there will be guidance and variations for all levels.
This yoga class welcomes participants of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Whether you are just starting your yoga journey or have a seasoned practice, you will find the class inclusive and suitable for your experience level. Please bring a yoga mat (or something to sit on if you prefer), comfortable clothing, and an open heart.
