Join us for a deeply relaxing Yin Yoga class on Sunday 5 October, 11:00-12:00. In this session, we will focus on gentle, long-held stretches that target the chest, shoulders, and upper back, while simultaneously calming the mind and soothing the body.

Yin Yoga is the perfect practice to slow down, deepen your breath, and release tension. It is suitable for all levels, so whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you will find this class nourishing and restorative.

To join the class, please bring a yoga mat, wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement, and bring a personal towel to place on the bolster for hygiene.

You may also want to join the group sound healing session after the class. For the sound healing session, places are limited so registration is required.

Please come 10 minutes early so you can set your mat and settle in before we begin.

Dear all 🌞

Join us for a Hatha yoga class on Tuesday, 30 September, 19:00-20:15. We will focus on asanas and exercises that stretch the hamstrings and glutes. We will also practice balancing poses, supporting each other, and perhaps experiment with chanting ‘Om’ while balancing, creating a serene ‘forest of trees’ effect. Towards the end of the session, we will build up to Sirsasana (Headstand)—working with stability, strength, and balance. Whether you are trying headstand for the first time or refining your practice, there will be guidance and variations for all levels.
This yoga class welcomes participants of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Whether you are just starting your yoga journey or have a seasoned practice, you will find the class inclusive and suitable for your experience level. To join the class, just bring a yoga mat and wear something comfy that lets you move freely. Also, bring a towel to put on the bolster—it helps keep things nice and clean for everyone.

Please come 10 minutes early so you can set your mat and settle in before we begin. You are welcome in the space anytime from 18:40 to relax in silence, meditate or drink some tea before the class.
