Good afternoon dear yogis! Tomorrow it seems that we will enjoy a partially sunny and quite warm day, so why not do our Tuesday class outside? We will meet at 19:00 at Stadspark, in front of the Ni Hao restaurant (Paviljoenlaan 3, 9727KE) and we will walk together to a nearby site. Try to be on time or you will have to search for a group of people who do yoga 😀 Bring with you a yoga mat or rug if you do not want to practice on the grass. I will guide us through a relaxing sequence and we may try several balance poses!

Dear Yogis!! I will share a special yoga class at a special location this Sunday from 19:00-20:00 o’clock. We will do some pranayama and asanas. It’s at a different location called Sangha Café (Van Oldenbarneveltlaan 6, 9716 EJ). After the class you can stay for a nice vegan dinner for €5 or some drinks! Please bring a yoga block if you have some and otherwise we will bring some extra.
Good afternoon yogis! Tomorrow is another yoga Tuesday, and this week we thought it might be good to meet outdoors. So please note the change of both time and location! Tomorrow we will meet at 19:30 at Nieuwe Kerk, on the south side of the grass surrounding the church (so the side closest to the city ;)) The link is here. It will be hot, so bring water!!
