Yoga class Tuesday 10 June, 19:00-20:15 @Nieuwe Sint Jansstraat 35

Dear friends,

Join us for a Hatha yoga class on Tuesday, 10 June, 19:00-20:15. This session will focus on asanas and exercises that build strength in the glutes, legs, and abdominals. We will incorporate dynamic movements and holds to activate these key muscle groups while maintaining mindful alignment. Expect a mix of standing poses, core engagement techniques, and stabilizing postures to enhance both power and endurance.

Towards the end of the session, we will work on Sirsasana (Headstand), refining stability, strength, and balance. Whether you are new to headstand or deepening your practice, there will be guidance and variations for all levels.
This yoga class welcomes participants of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Whether you are just starting your yoga journey or have a seasoned practice, you will find the class inclusive and suitable for your experience level. To join the class, just bring a yoga mat and wear something comfy that lets you move freely. Also, bring a towel to put on the bolster—it helps keep things nice and clean for everyone.

Please come 5 minutes early so you can set your mat and settle in before we begin.
