Dear all 🌞

Join us for a deeply relaxing Yin Yoga class on Sunday 2 November, 11:00-12:15. In this session, we will focus on gentle, long-held stretches that target the chest, shoulders, and upper back, while simultaneously calming the mind and soothing the body.

Yin Yoga is the perfect practice to slow down, deepen your breath, and release tension. It is suitable for all levels, so whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you will find this class nourishing and restorative.

To join the class, please bring a yoga mat, wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement, and bring a personal towel to place on the bolster for hygiene.

The class is donation-based, and your donation is what allows Grassroots to keep going ❤️ every little helps! However, I encourage your participation even if donation is not possible for you right now.

Please come 10 minutes early so you can set your mat and settle in before we begin. You are welcome in the space anytime from 10:40 to relax in silence, meditate or drink some tea before the class.
