Yoga class Tuesday 26 September, 19:00 @ Nieuwe Sint Jansstraat 35

Happy Monday yoga friends!

This week our class (tomorrow) will take place at 19:00 at Nieuwe Sint Janstraat 35, and will be donation-based. Please arrive a couple of minutes early to get settled if you can! This week’s class will focus on the issues of lower back pain and stress. Often doing things that help with one, also help with the other! We will first work on techniques to release hamstring tension and build glute strength, and then later in the class we will relax into some gentle poses for stress relief. All you need is your yoga mat!

Yoga class Tuesday 19 September, 19:00 @ Nieuwe Sint Jansstraat 35

We will have a yoga class on Tuesday 19 September, 19:00 at Nieuwe Sint Jansstraat 35. We will explore a series of balancing asanas to enhance our strength, stability, and focus. Towards the end of the session, we will try to perform Bakasana (crane pose).

Yoga class Tues 5th September @ Nieuwekerk. 19:00

Dear Yogis,

Tomorrow we will take advantage of the nice weather and hold our class outdoors on the grass at Niewekerk, just outside the city center to the north. We will focus on strengthening and opening our hips, with plenty of nice relaxing poses to finish off. For this class you only need your mat and some water to drink, and the class will be donation based.

Yoga Class Tuesday 15th August, 19:00 @ Nieuwe Sint Janstraat 35

Dear friends,

Tomorrow we will have our Tuesday class at the same location as last week, Nieuwe Sint Janstraat 35, starting at 19.00 until 20:15. Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled before we start.

This class will be donation based.

We will practice a classic hatha full body sequence building towards Virabhadrasana III, or Warrior 3 pose. As always, our focus will be on connecting with the inner body through our breath. All you need is your mat and some water to drink.

Yoga Class Tues 11/07: 19:00 at Niewekerhof

Dear Yogis,

Tomorrow evening at 19:00 at the Nieuwekerk, Christa and I will guide you through our weekly class together! We will focus on connecting breath to movement and some gentle backbending. All you need is your mat and some water to drink.

Yoga class Wednesday 21 June, 19:00 @ Nieuwe Kerk

Dear yoguis 🌞

In light of the upcoming weather conditions, I think it is better to reschedule today’s yoga class to ensure your comfort and safety. Therefore, we have moved the class to tomorrow (Wednesday) to allow for a more enjoyable experience.

We will meet on Wednesday 21 June at 19:00 in Nieuwe Kerk park. Don’t forget to bring your yoga mat or a comfortable rug if you prefer not to practice directly on the grass. During the session, I will guide us through a dynamic sequence designed to strengthen our glutes, activate our abdominals and spine muscles, and loosen our hamstrings.

Yoga class – Sunday 18 June, 11:00 @Martinikerkhof

The sun is shining upon us, providing the perfect opportunity for another yoga class in the park! Let’s gather on Sunday at 11:00 at Martinikerkhof park. Remember to bring your yoga mat or a comfortable rug if you prefer not to practice directly on the grass. I will guide us through a slow sequence to strengthen our glutes, activate our abdominals and spine muscles, and loosen our hamstrings!

PS1: Better do not eat anything 2-3 hours before the yoga class. An empty stomach will make your practice easier. If this is not possible, eat something light before the yoga class.

PS2: Bring your favourite drink and something to eat and share with others after the class. Lets enjoy the beautiful weather and nature around us after the yoga class <3
