Dear all,
I kindly invite you to join us for a flow style Hatha yoga class this coming Tuesday.
Starting relaxed on our backs we will stretch the backs of our legs and warm up the core. I want to pay some special attention to chaturanga before we will start with our flow, which we will repeat a few of times, starting slow holding poses for a few breaths but by the end moving faster through it.
The flow will focus on some side stretches and side plank variations, again starting easy but building to something stronger for those who are up for it.
This yoga class welcomes participants of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Whether you are just starting your yoga journey or have a seasoned practice, you will find the class inclusive and suitable for your experience level. To join the class, make sure to bring a yoga mat and wear clothing that allows free movement.
Please come 5 minutes early so you can set your mat and settle in before we begin.
The class is donation-based, and your donation is what allows Grassroots to keep going ❤️ every little helps! However, I encourage your participation even if donation is not possible for you right now.
